At Vaganza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they:

• Are returned within 14 days of delivery
• Are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags and packaging intact
• Are not marked as final sale or non-returnable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Swimwear and intimate apparel
• Personalized or customized items
• Items marked as final sale
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Items without original tags and packaging

How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at returns@vaganza.ae within 14 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions
4. Package items securely with all original packaging
5. Ship the return using the provided label or your preferred carrier

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• Items will be inspected within 3-5 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return and full refund, including shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, Vaganza will cover return shipping.
